Voxme Estimator 16.1

The Voxme Estimator is a comprehensive pre-move survey tool designed to facilitate detailed and precise multi-modal surveys for moving professionals. It streamlines the process of capturing essential survey data, including articles, residence access photos, and other relevant details. Surveyors can obtain customer signatures directly on the device, ensuring quick approval, and send completed surveys back to the office via email.

The application incorporates inventory entry aligned with the standard company's cubesheet template, supporting multiple languages to accommodate diverse client bases. Users can input articles individually or select from predefined standard room items, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. It also allows for comprehensive recording of residence access information and pre-move inquiries, such as allowances, competitive considerations, insurance requirements, storage needs at origin and destination, and compliance with FIDI checklists.

Survey requests can be generated directly on the device or received via email in Voxme XML format. Additionally, surveys can be downloaded from the Voxme server. The software produces summaries in various formats—including plain text, HTML, or PDF—which can be edited and dispatched promptly to clients. Survey data is also available in Voxme XML format for seamless integration with Voxme or other move management systems.

Activation of the service is required to enable customized application configuration based on the company's specific cubesheet structure, dictionaries, packing materials, services offered, and survey summary templates.
